The last Impeachment motion was tabled and sent to the Judiciary Committee, headed by Rep John Conyers (D-MI).
In 2004 Conyers was an advocate of Impeachment but despite popular supprt among American citizens and polls, it has garnered little backing from fellow Democratic House members - excepting
Robert Wexler (D-FLA) - who has also advocated actively on speading the Impeachment message.
The media virtually ignored the last Impeachment move by Kucinich - with the exception of MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann - who brought on a Constitutional expert who lauded the move.
It won’t be much of a surprise to see Kucinich’s fellow Democrats continue to renege on their 2006 mandate, nor will it be a surprise to see mainstream media ignore it yet again. What will citizens, however, do this time around?
